🔧 TechLab Spotlight: MistMesh

Goal: Create a real-time interface for tracking LoRa/mesh signal conditions across multiple nodes or “traces”

🌐 What is MistMesh?

MistMesh is a ground-up visual interface for real-time monitoring of mesh-linked devices. Think of it as a “mission panel” for local signal ops—especially useful for deployments where visibility and responsiveness matter.

Designed with simplicity and immediacy in mind, MistMesh shows only what matters: what’s connected, what’s not, and what’s being said across the signal layer.

“The mesh doesn’t need a cathedral. It needs a dashboard.”

🖥️ Current Interface Snapshot

Here’s where the project is right now (early alpha):

The left pane shows active traces—currently Trace0 is online, while Trace1 is offline. The right panel is reserved for topological context: location (when available), signal strength, and best/worst performance over time.

🛠️ Goals for Next Iteration

• Dynamic map overlays (signal plots, heatmaps, trace paths)
• Device name resolution + signal telemetry
• Exportable logs for field analysis
• Integration with Mistwood scroll archive (automated event logs)

💭 Vision

MistMesh is built on the idea that **visibility leads to trust**. If you can see your node breathe, you can trust its heartbeat. And when your network listens back—*you’re no longer alone.*
