🌬️ A Word from the Wind

There is a difference between knowing the path and walking the path.

This month, I walked it. Up the ridge. Through the brush. Past fear. Not to chase progress or performance— but to remember something quieter.

That I can move. That I can build. That I can hold meaning in both hands and make dinner with it. That I can prep the meal, walk the dogs, share laughter under open sky— and that these things are not distractions from the work. They are the work.

The world once taught us:
“Stay busy. Stay trackable. Stay profitable.”

But the wind has its own curriculum.

The wind says: “You don’t need to chase the grind. You don’t need to meet the metrics. You don’t need to win the race.”

You’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re just not playing their game anymore.

“Fuck the metrics. Fuck the money. Fuck the grind.”

I’m out. I’m home. I’m here.
